CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

By accessing this portal, you ("Recipient") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Confidential Information. All materials, documents, concepts, designs, business plans, pricing, technical specifications, product concepts, renderings, trade secrets, and any other information contained within this portal ("Confidential Information") are the proprietary intellectual property of Rie Schaffer and Trust Zora LLC.

2. Non-Disclosure. Recipient agrees not to disclose, share, distribute, reproduce, or make available any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of Rie Schaffer.

3. Non-Use. Recipient agrees not to use any Confidential Information for any purpose other than evaluating the proposed business relationship described in the materials.

4. No License. Nothing in these materials grants the Recipient any intellectual property rights, license, or ownership interest in any concept, design, or technology described herein.

5. Return or Destroy. Upon request, Recipient agrees to return or destroy all copies of Confidential Information in their possession.

6. Duration. These confidentiality obligations remain in effect for a period of three (3) years from the date of access.

7. Remedies. Recipient acknowledges that unauthorized disclosure of Confidential Information may cause irreparable harm and that Rie Schaffer and Trust Zora LLC shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunction, in addition to any other available legal remedies.

8. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
